This website is operated by CGE Jordan, which is a brand of the Nebo Management Consulting Company registered as a not-for-profit company in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to CGE Jordan. CGE Jordan offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Section 16 – Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgement you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

PAYMENT, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 I. Payment:

All students are required to pay for goods and services in advance. For new students (studying 2 months or less), payment is required for the entire period of study.

For new students (studying for more than two months), payment is required for the first two months of study, and after that, students pay monthly at the end of every month for the coming month’s study. Payment must be received before the 5th of the following month.

For students participating in our yearly residency program, payment is required in advance for no less than the first six months of study. If, for whatever reason, a student discontinues payment or study, the student’s residency will be cancelled according to applicable law.

II. Refunds due to absences from sickness:

Refunds will not be given for sickness, but credit for Special Study Track study may be issued due to sickness but only under special circumstances and at the sole discretion of CGE Jordan’s management. If sick and not able to attend the study session, the student must notify the Arabic department director (not the instructor) by email, phone, or text to inform the director that he/she will not be coming to the session. If sic, the student may be allowed 30 days to make up the missed session or a credit will be given for the following month’s instruction. The student’s request will not be considered as given unless it is sent to the Arabic Studies department director at the number above.

In the rare instance that your instructor is sick, our institute will provide a suitable replacement. If we cannot provide another instructor for the session, it will be re-scheduled for another time, or a credit will be given for the following month’s study.

Group study, such as Core Track Study or Study Abroad, etc., are not refundable under any circumstances, unless cancelled by CGE Jordan. If cancellations occur, we reserve the right to issue credit for future study in lieu of a refund.

III. Refunds due to normal absences:

Instruction sessions are firm commitments from both sides. Because of this, if a student is late or misses a session, no refunds or make-up time will be given and that time is forfeited by the student. We ask that students who must miss class send a courtesy call or text to the director at their earliest opportunity.
